Colin J. Casler - Associate

Colin J. Casler was admitted to the practice of law in the State of Maryland in 2007, the U.S. District Court (District of Maryland) in 2008, and the U.S. Court of Appeals (Fourth Circuit) in 2008.  He graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 2007 and was a member of the Heuisler Honor Society.

 

Mr. Casler’s legal work focuses on bankruptcy, creditor and debtor rights, and civil litigation.  He routinely represents debtors filing for bankruptcy relief under Chapters 7, 11, and 13, as well as creditors pursuing claims in bankruptcy.  He also represents construction and business clients in contract litigation.

 

Prior to law school, Colin earned an undergraduate degree from Lycoming College, where he graduated Cum Laude with a double major in archaeology and religion.  He also earned a Master of Philosophy degree in Mediterranean archaeology from the University of Glasgow in Scotland.
