Coon & Cole is searching for a full-time litigation associate to be based in our Lutherville or Easton office. The primary case load for this position will include commercial litigation, construction law, collections and bankruptcy matters, and the candidate will be required to represent clients in the Circuit and District Courts of the State of Maryland, and in the U.S. District and Bankruptcy Courts for the District of Maryland. Additionally, this position may require work in other business-related areas, such as commercial transactions, business organization, real estate and cannabis law.
The ideal candidate has 1 to 5 years of experience in civil litigation of any kind, including areas that are outside of the firm's primary practice areas; however, the firm will consider new admittees for the position, as well. Prior experience in the specific practice areas of the firm is not required but is a plus. Competitive salary to be determined based upon a candidate’s qualifications.
